Back Pain Problems

One of the most common diseases today, immediately after the common cold, which can be defined as pain in the bones and muscles, usually in the lumbar part of back, especially pronounced in bending, standing, lifting, and other physical endeavors.
The cause of
The pain usually occurs in people between 20 and 40 years, but is more intense in older patients. Jobs that pose a great risk for this condition are those that involve lifting, bending the body, turning, reaching a high set of objects. Lifting or a sudden awkward movement of the body can “run” these problems. However, most attacks occur without any noticeable reason. And simple movements can really strain your back and lead to pain.

Muscle – bone diseases – back pain syptoms – most of the attacks of pain caused by injury of a small number of muscles, ligaments, joints or back. Muscle-bone pain contributes to poor posture, weak muscles of the lower part of abdomen, and psychological and social factors such as stress.

Clinical picture

Back Pain Treatment

It can take weeks, months or even years. Since the drugs are used analgesics, NSAIDs and corticosteroids. Physical therapy in chronic phase, leading to improvements. Heat relaxes muscle tension and relieves pain almost every muscle. If the available forms of nonoperative treatment does not result in reducing pain and improving the patient’s condition requires a review of neurosurgeons who will decide on the need and possibilities of surgical treatment.
